How We Collect and Use Your Store Data

To provide the Services, we collect data over Shopify API about your store. Only a minimum amount of data is collected required for app functionality, only when data is necessary and only when requested permissions are provided by you during app installation.

What Data We Collect after Installation

After you install the App and give us permission, we will collect the following information from your Store and keep it in our servers until you will use our app (“Permanent Data”).

• General information about your store including shop domain, store billing address, store email, shop currency format.
• Billing history of our app
• Store information including market list, shop locales, payment methods, shipping methods, order tags, customers tags, draft tags
• Other information such as app installation date, subscription date

What Data We Collect upon Request

Most of the data is collected only upon request when it is necessary for the app's functionality to provide services. We do not retain this data or store it for an extended period of time, as it is only kept temporarily for a duration of 10 to 30 minutes ("Temporary Data"). The following data is collected upon request:

• Order data including refund, returns and fulfilment information
• Draft order data
• Customer data including personal information

How We Use Data

We utilize the collected data solely for the purpose of fulfilling the app's functionality. We do not employ the data for marketing, promotion, or any other indirect purposes.

• Permanent Data: The data is used only for general app functionality.
• Temporary Data: The data is used only for app functionality of generating PDF documents, or list the orders or draft in the app.

Security and Retention of Your Information

• The most sensitive Temporary Data is collected and retained for a period of 15 minutes. After this time, it is promptly flushed to minimize the risk of any potential data leaks.
• Permanent Data, which is less sensitive, will be stored until you actively use the app. In the event that you uninstall the app, Permanent Data will be flushed within 24 hours. This approach ensures that data retention is limited and appropriate measures are taken to safeguard your information..
• All data transmitted between the Shopify Store, the App, and the Shopify API is securely transferred through a protected channel.

How We Disclose App Data

We want to assure you that we do not utilize or disclose your store data for any indirect purposes. Our usage of your store data is strictly limited to what is necessary to ensure the proper functionality of our app. We prioritize the privacy and security of your data, and we adhere to strict measures to ensure that it is used only for providing the intended app functionality and not for any other purposes.
